From Logan Airport
· By Taxi: 20-30 minutes, $20-$25
· By Subway: 45-60 minutes, 85 cents (tokens required)
o Take shuttle bus to AIRPORT subway (Blue Line)
o Blue Line inbound to GOVERNMENT CENTER (four stops)
o Green Line outbound to PARK STREET (one stop)
o Red Line outbound, direction ALEWIFE - HARVARD is fourth stop
o Come out of the station near the Out of Town News Stand, facing the
Harvard Coop. Head left down JFK Street. Pass Pizzeria Uno on your left
and Urban Outfitters on your right. Continue down the street for three
blocks. The third block is Eliot Street and has Dunkin' Donuts on the
corner. The Kennedy School is directly across the street from Dunkin'
Donuts.
· Driving
o Exit Logan Airport and follow the signs to Boston, which will bring
you to and through the Sumner Tunnel.
o At the end of the tunnel, take a right and go up the ramp on to Route
93 North. Take the second exit onto Storrow Drive.
o Stay on Storrow Drive West for approximately four miles until you
will see "Harvard Square - Cambridge" exit.
o Take the exit and cross the Charles River Bridge. Go straight
through the first traffic light and you will be on John F. Kennedy Street.
The first building on your left is the Kennedy School.
From the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90)
· Heading East on I-90, take the Exit 18 "Cambridge/Allston",
a left-hand exit.
· After the toll, follow the "Cambridge" signs until you reach
the Charles River, where there is a clump of traffic lights.
· Take a left at the light onto Soldiers Field Road. Take right
at the "Harvard Square - Cambridge" exit and follow it across the Charles
River.
· Go straight through the first traffic light and you will now
be on John F. Kennedy Street and the first building on your left is
the Kennedy School.
From Route 2
· Follow Route 2 East into Cambridge and stay on it. Route
2 becomes the Alewife Brook Parkway, then the Fresh Pond Parkway and
eventually Memorial Drive, but will still be marked as Route 2 East.
· Turn left on Memorial Drive (at the Charles River). In
1 minute down turn left at the sign marked "Harvard Square", which is
John F. Kennedy Street and the first building on your left is the School.
From I-95(Route 128), Route 1 or I-93
· Follow I-95 to the Woburn, Mass. and switch on to I-93 South.
· If you are using Route 1 south, keep going until you cross
the Tobin Bridge and then merge onto I-93 South.
· Immediately after this merge, take the exit to the right for
Storrow Drive (Exit 26) and follow signs for Storrow Drive West.
· Stay on Storrow Drive for roughly 4 miles. Take the "Harvard
Square - Cambridge" exit up to the right and across the Charles River.
· Then go straight through the first traffic light (which is
Memorial Drive) and you will now be on John F. Kennedy Street.
The first building on your left is the Kenndy School.
Parking
Metered parking is hard to find. There are parking garages around
Kennedy School. The closest one is on Eliot Street. See
