Gloria Kamph

Ms. Gloria Kamph is the President and CEO of Interliance, which helps
client companies to successfully enter and expand in the Chinese
marketplace. She has also served as an advisor to senior management and
senior government officials, aiding the development of highly successful
growth and optimization strategies. Client organizations range from
Fortune 50 to new growth companies, including AT&T, TVA, Mobil and Cisco Systems.

Her global vision and pioneering spirit led her to China in 1989 where she
advised the Chinese government, working with top Chinese government
organizations such as the State Development Planning Committee, the State Economic Trade Commission, various Chinese Ministries and hundreds of SOEs. Through her work, she has trained and advised hundreds of thousands of people throughout China. She has also formed an unprecedented joint venture with the State Development Planning Committee to facilitate Sino-American business relationships.

Today, she advises both U.S. and Chinese companies in their global
performance and expansion, facilitates successful entry and expansion of
companies into China, and provides guidance, training and consulting to the
Chinese government and Chinese companies in their transformation.
