Jikai Li

Mr. Li has joined China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC Group) for eight years, with tenure successively as General Director of Group Planing Department, Assistant Group President, and Group Executive Vice President. Mr. Li has been responsible for formulating and supervising group budgeting plan and profit rationing plan as well as assisting the Group CEO to manage portfolios, vote for new capitalization, M&A programs and spin-offs, and formulating group development strategies. Now Mr. Li holds the chairmanship of three Sino-foreign joint venture companies. Before joining CITIC, Mr. Li had had management experience in the State-owned Property Administration as well as in Beijing Municipal Economic Commission, where he was involved in the evaluation, registration and administration of the state-owned enterprise properties, approval and supervision for the purchases of large equipment by the local industrial enterprises, and the municipal program of enlarging the use of domestically-produced components in a few large local manufacturers. Mr. Li also had extensive experience in equity restructuring, stock market listing and enterprise governance.

Mr. Li holds his B. S. from Beijing Technology University. He also attended the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
