Vice President of U.S. Operations for NetCel360

Mr. Bill De Kruif is Vice President of U.S. Operations for NetCel360. Based in NetCel360's U.S. office in San Diego, he is primarily responsible for the operations of NetCel360 in the United States. Prior to joining NetCel360, Mr. De Kruif was Director of Sales, State and Local Government Markets for Dell Computer Corporation, North America.
Mr. De Kruif began his career as a partner at a start-up company in Colorado where he managed various distribution channels. Upon the successful sale of that company, he joined Motorola in 1989. Mr. De Kruif's responsibilities at Motorola included managing technology teams, sales teams, and complex relationships with international customers in business segments ranging from governments to the largest corporations in the world. These relationships involved developing technologies, spanning all levels of the customer organizations. In 1997, he joined Dell Computer Corporation as the Director of Sales for their Global Enterprise Program.

Mr. De Kruif holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, and a Masters of Management degree from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, at Northwestern University.
