Wei Zhang

McKinsey & Company is the leading international consulting firm with over 6,000 professionals and 80 offices in 43 countries. It has broad telecommunications industry experience, with 1,000 engagements over the past 5 years serving telecommunications companies and equipment suppliers across the world.

Wei Zhang is an experienced engagement Manager and an active member of McKinsey telecom practice. Her clients, among others, are telecommunications equipment manufacturers and service providers (which includes a wireless operators in China). She helps her clients make lasting performance improvement by seizing new opportunities and resolving critical strategic and operations issues.

Wei holds a B.S. from Beijing University and a Ph.D. from Harvard University. She is active in non-profit, including co-founding cNetwork in the Bay Area.
