Yujun Zhang

Zhang Yujun is the president of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and has served vice President of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 1995 to 1997. He held positions as the director of the Policy Research Office of the CSRC and the regional office of the CSRC in Shenzhen from 1998 to 2000.

Prior to joining ShenZhen Stock Exchange, Mr. Zhang has worked in the Financial Management Bureau of the People's Bank of China, the Securities Commission of the State Council and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) respectively.

Mr. Zhang graduated from the Financial Research Institute of the People's Bank of China with a Master degree in Economics and received his Doctoral degree in Economics from Beijing University. Mr.Zhang's books, "The Regulation and Management of the United States Stock Market" and "An Institutional Analysis of the Development of China's Securities Market" were published in 1993 and 1998 respectively.
