Dr. Chen Yunxian

Dr. Chen Yunxian is the board chairman of GF Securities Co. Ltd. He takes the position as vice chairman of The Securities Association of China, director of board of Shanghai Securities Exchange, director of the standing committee of the Enterprises Association of China, adviser of Guangdong Provincial Government, senior research fellow of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Dr. Chen is a visiting professor of Beijing University, Nankai University etc.

Dr. Chen Yunxian is a senior economist with a doctor degree in economics from Beijing University. Up to now, Dr. Chen has his works and monograph including "On Securities Investment", "On Investment Banking" etc. Among all Dr. Chen's works, Comparative Study on Chinese and Foreign Securities Investment has been regarded as the first monograph on the securities investment in the domestic and international market in China.
